Brass Collection
Solid brass, cast and finished by hand, in traditional and clean contemporary forms.

Brass is the material of the great English and American lighting houses, and for good reason: it casts beautifully, takes a range of finishes from bright polish to deep antique, and lasts for generations. This collection, our largest, runs from candle-arm chandeliers in the Georgian and Federal manner to simpler contemporary pieces with glass, crystal or alabaster shades.
Finishes include antique brass, burnished brass, satin brass, bronze and antique copper, with painted black and nickel options on many pieces. Matching sconces, flush mounts and lamps mean a whole house can be done in one finish.
Brass warms every light source it carries. In a room with timber, leather or deep paint colours, it is usually the right answer.

Questions we are asked
Will the brass tarnish?
Lacquered finishes stay as delivered. Unlacquered and antique finishes develop a patina slowly; that is usually the point, and it can be polished back if preferred.
Antique brass or burnished brass?
Antique brass is darker and more uniform; burnished brass shows more of the metal’s warm highlights with darker recesses. Finish samples can be sent on request.
