Questions we are asked
Why are there no prices on the site?
Every piece is made to order in a chosen size and finish, so the price depends on those choices. Send a request for any piece and you will have a quote, from the founder, usually within a business day.
Who answers my request?
Your request goes straight to the founder. Jason Thomas reviews every enquiry himself and replies promptly with pricing and lead time.
How long does a piece take?
Production is typically 20 to 30 days after the specification is confirmed, plus transit. Very large or custom pieces may take longer; the schedule is confirmed with your quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Fixtures are crated for freight and insured in transit, and delivery to your address is included in the quote.
Can I change the size or finish?
Yes. Dimensions, drop, number of lights and finish are all adjusted to your room before production. Many pieces are also made in configurations not shown.
What voltage are the fixtures?
All fixtures are wired for 110–240V and supplied for the destination country. Table and floor lamps come with the appropriate plug.
Are bulbs included?
Integrated LED fixtures are complete. Candelabra and medium-base fixtures are supplied without lamps so you can choose colour temperature and dimming; we recommend 2700K dimmable LED.
What is the warranty?
Five years on every fixture, covering materials and workmanship. Electrical components are CE, UL and SAA certified.
Can I send my own design?
Yes. Sketches, reference photographs and drawings are welcome; we will quote a custom piece from them.
Do you work with designers and builders?
We do, with personalised sourcing support for residential, hospitality, retail and commercial projects. Mention your firm in the request.
How is a chandelier installed?
Each fixture arrives with hanging hardware, chain or rod to the specified drop, a canopy and a mounting note. We recommend installation by a licensed electrician; large pieces need a structural mounting point and are assembled on site.
How do I clean crystal and alabaster?
Crystal: a soft brush and a spray crystal cleaner with the power off. Alabaster: a soft dry cloth; avoid water and solvents. Spare crystals are supplied with every crystal piece.
